Hello, I'm sure that Jacob Jespersen can tell you straight up and down how Semco wants special treatment and the right to put together its own collective agreement.

But now Semco has taken over DSS and AC's work on Storstrømsbroen, Mønboen and Fehmarn! Our colleagues were promised that, like the rest of us, they would have to work under the Building and Construction Agreement.

Semco has also accepted that, i.e. if they just don't have apprentices, have other agreements about working hours, other pension schemes etc.

In short, Semco undercuts the other companies by offering our colleagues different collective agreement terms than the rest of the country.

Semco has no problem with building. and the construction agreement, as long as they can choose what they don't want from and replace it with elements from the industry's collective agreement.

The scaffolding has never and must never accept agreement shopping!

Therefore, we invite all the clubs to a demonstration down by the Storstrømsbroen, where a demo, barbecue and a good day among good colleagues will be arranged.

This will be the first stage in the battle to get Semco brought up and as many colleagues as possible are needed both for the demo here and when we offer to dance later.
